2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only under the following conditions:

If you did not receive your digital product or service within the stated delivery timeframe.
✔️ B) Technical Issues
If a purchased file or service contains a technical problem that prevents its use, and the issue cannot be fixed within 48 hours after you contact support.

If you were charged twice for the same order due to a system error.
3. Refunds Not Eligible
